I’m Ornela — founder of Healing.Barcelona and Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Western and traditional Japanese Reiki. I studied with Frans Stiene at the International House of Reiki, completing the three foundational degrees: Shoden, Okuden, and Shinpiden.

My Story
Before discovering Reiki and the path of energy healing, I spent over 20 years in senior corporate roles, working in dynamic and creative environments. A sabbatical journey through Asia — and a period of deep Reiki study in Bali — became a profound turning point that inspired me to dedicate my life to energy healing and personal transformation.
I was searching for myself — for a way to heal and reconnect. At that time, I didn’t know how to meditate, nor did I understand what energy work truly meant. And then, Reiki found me.
I began offering energy healing on a donation basis, simply sharing what I had experienced. The heartfelt responses revealed a new path — one that felt deeply meaningful and instantly like home.
As my practice evolved, I continued to study with wise and inspiring teachers around the world who shaped my understanding of Reiki and spiritual practice. Through this journey, I learned that healing begins within. Each of us holds the ability to heal — we’ve simply forgotten how to listen. Through grounded spirituality, we can restore that connection and remember who we truly are.
At Healing.Barcelona, I offer in-person and distance Reiki treatments, as well as meditation and breathwork in a warm, supportive space. My approach blends structured Reiki training with traditional Japanese breathwork and intuitive sensitivity, helping each person find their own balance, clarity, and calm.
