Before discovering Reiki and the path of energy healing, I spent over 20 years in senior corporate roles, working in dynamic and creative environments. A sabbatical journey through Asia, including an intensive period of Reiki study in Bali, became a profound turning point in my life.

I was searching for myself — for a way to heal and reconnect. At that time, I didn’t know how to meditate, nor did I understand what energy work truly meant. And then, Reiki found me.

​

I began offering energy healing on a donation basis, simply sharing what I had experienced. The heartfelt responses revealed a new path — one that felt deeply meaningful and instantly like home.

​

Reiki is a lifelong practice, and I continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing study, daily practice, and personal experience.

​

Along the way, I have had the privilege of learning from wise and inspiring teachers around the world who have shaped my understanding of Reiki and spiritual practice.

​

Through this journey, I learned that healing is not about fixing ourselves. It begins with awareness, presence, and the willingness to reconnect with our true nature.

​

Each of us holds the ability to heal — we’ve simply forgotten how to listen. Through grounded spirituality, we can restore that connection and remember who we truly are.

At Healing.Barcelona, I offer in-person and distance Reiki treatments, as well as meditation and breathwork in a warm, supportive space. My approach blends structured Reiki training with traditional Japanese breathwork and intuitive sensitivity, helping each person find their own balance, clarity, and calm.

My Reiki Lineage

My Reiki practice follows a traditional lineage that can be traced back to Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system.
