Available in English/German. Within many traditions, the human being is understood to have a subtle energy system made up of seven major energy centres, often called "chakras". These chakras are seen as centres through which life energy, or "Ki", flows and is expressed throughout the body and mind. Each chakra is associated with different physical, emotional and psychological qualities. Rather than trying to "fix" individual chakras, a Chakra Balancing session gently supports greater awareness, balance and the natural flow of energy throughout the whole person. Experience a Chakra Balancing session in Barcelona. What to expect: We'll begin the session with a short conversation to explore what's on your mind or where you would like support. You'll then be guided through a gentle meditation to help you relax before lying down comfortably for the session. A Chakra Balancing session is gentle, non-invasive and deeply relaxing. Hands are placed lightly on or just above different areas of the body, creating a calm and supportive space where body and mind can naturally settle into greater balance. Afterwards, we'll take a few moments to reflect on your experience and explore gentle steps to support your wellbeing. The full session lasts approximately 75 minutes and includes: Reiki Meditation, Chakra Balancing Session and consultation before/after.
