This course is in ENGLISH No Pre-Requisites: Everyone is welcome Training: in person 2 days Dates: November 21 @ 10:00 am - November 22 @ 5:00 pm Your Reiki Teacher: Ornela Ritter Shoden Level 1 — A Gentle Beginning Meaning “first teachings,” Shoden introduces Usui Reiki Ryōhō through direct experience. Over two days, you will learn simple techniques to support your own wellbeing while discovering how to share Reiki with friends and family. The training combines philosophy, guided self-practice, and hands-on partner work in a calm, supportive group setting with time for questions and reflection. You will explore ways to calm the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and build confidence in giving Reiki. Many people join Shoden at a moment when they feel the desire to slow down, deepen their self-awareness, or explore a more mindful way of living. This training offers a supportive environment to do exactly that. Rather than only learning concepts, you will experience Reiki directly — through guided practices, hands-on work, and shared reflection — allowing understanding to unfold naturally. During the Training You Will: Learn a simple daily self-healing practice Experience deep relaxation and nervous system regulation Gain confidence in giving Reiki to friends and family Develop a deeper connection with yourself Receive your Level 1 attunements A Supportive Learning Environment: We work in a small group setting with a calm rhythm, balancing philosophy, practice, and integration.
